Replacing Antenna

Post by lovemygxl »

Hi all,

I own a 1997 GXL 80 series Toyota Landcruiser 40th anniversary limited edition.

When I got her the antena for the radio was snaped off at the base, so I purchaced a new one to replace it.

I was under the impression it was straight forward...How wrong was I

I pulled the dash out got to the old antenna & plugged the new one in with a extention cable, but to my dismay I cant get the new lead through the old hole for the antenna wire & cant work out a easy way of doing it.

Any help & ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
