Hey guys,

Just wondering how many cold crank amps your batteries are?

I upgraded mine to a 970 cca today.

Thanks.

bog stock hilux alt. you only need the bigger alt when you are using lots of power while driving. my theory is, the battery is only needed to start the car, and to run things while the car is off. once i get big wattage lights etc that draw a fair amount of current, then ill look into a bigger alt. for now, the standard alt runs everything i need it to run while im driving, while still being able to charge my batteries

I cant fit one big battery so I have two that can be linked together via a momentary switch and the redarc if needed, that gives me 1200CCA but normally I just have the 600CCA for starting the Jeep.

Cheers
