What is the best way to attack surface rust on a steel bullbar.

I was thinking of getting it sandblasted then painted (either home job or powdercoat).

Anyone have any recommendations?

i would take it to a powered coaters will cost you about 150-200 for blasting and powder coating.
Anything is possible, it just comes down to time and money.
