coilovers vs air springs

Post by OL GQ UTE »

Im looking at different suspension setups for my patrol, just wondering what the main advantages would be having coilovers vs air spring or vice-versa. Ive heard that air shocks are not easy to adjust but im not sure if coilovers would be either. any info on setups you guys are running would be great.
Truck will be used for winch challenge type running

cheers

edit: by air spring i mean something like Fox air springs
