puntuation really helps make things readable, re read what you write before you post.

I think what your asking about is using IFS rears in a solid axel hilux. ie the rear springs out of any ifs front hilux.

yes this will work very well with your extended shackels - just be aware that extended shackles are not legal on the road.

try it without removing leafs first. when you remove leafs it will be softer and sit lower and sag faster. so try it as a full pack first see how it works, if its compressing fully when flexing then its ok, if not then maybe try removing one of the heavier leaves. its trial based.

If your remove leaves from the front it will sag as well. so if your trying to go taller then this isnt going to work to well.

more pinion angle??? this is not a goal. i think you mean shackle angle, you ideally want them to sit about 45 degs. your pinion is in your diff and the less angle the better for the joints in the drive shaft.

probably the measurments you want will be from diff to chassis as different tyres and trays will effect how 'high' the truck is/appears.

IFS rears (depending on condition) with extended shakles will probably lift you about 3 inchs over std.

the other thing to consider is that your current 2 inch lift might have sagged and not be 2 inches anymore.
*there's a rock, drive over it :) there's a bigger rock, drive over it  there's an even bigger rock, oops broke it  Upgrade broken bit :bad-words:
