Hi all, i have an aftermarket adjustable drag link in the wags, it has been there for about 6 months, and both the ball joints (non greasable) have flogged out, i got a wheel alignment about 2 months ago and they were fine then...
because i have a 5 inch coil lift with a 1 inch spacer in the front, the angle of the drag link is pretty steep and has torn both rubber boots on the ends due to the rubbing when turning.. it drives fine, i have not noticed a difference, although when i pulled in my driveway it was squeeking so got the missus to wobble the wheel side to side and each end has about 3mm play and you can hear it 'doonking'....
so only 3 questions;
1. has anyone else had this drama?
2. where can i get reasonably priced replacement tie rod ends from?
3. how can i stop this happening again?
cheers TYLER!

F@RQED TIE ROD ENDS... 6 months old!
Dodgy Draglink
Had the same problem, did you happen to get the draglink off ebay. Mine had greaseable ends and was flogged out inside 10000km. Boots were fine by the way. Can't remember exactly but was from seller in QLD.
