is this to run inside guard, along chassis rail, or as flare.

if you want cheap flares then buy some garden edging, comes in rolls at hardwares in 25m?, 50m and 100m. different brands and diff widths. made my flares from this. cheaps as (and some would say looks it  )

what about the stuff frm Revolution Racegear...

We use it for mudflaps... 4-5 mm thick, plastic, not rubber as such... TOUGH is an understatment....

1.5 metre x 30cm length $80

Awesome stuff...No cheap, but would last forever

If plastic would do the job. Here is a question to answer.

Do you get black wheelie bins down your way?

Revolution is where to get what you want.
Firetruck has it on the rear flares on the jeep.
One sheet of it was $120 or something but did both wheel arches no problem.

cheers

does it have to be that thick?
some pallets have a dark gray plastic sheet on them...i use a bit for crawling under the truck.
its about 1 to 2 mm thick and got it from a liquor land store pallet stack.
use the plastic fixings like they use on interior trim.
get the fixings from supercheap.
been thinking of doing the same to mine to save the cleaning under the tray.
