Most likely, yes. Three significant variables come to mind:

1. Hole pattern (no. of studs and PCD). If it's six stud, your chances are good.

2. Centre hole. Ideally, it should be a snug fit on the boss in the middle of your hub, but few people really care about this. As long as the hole fits over the boss, the wheel will fit.

3. Offset. This is how far the wheel mounting face is from the centreline of the wheel/tyre, and affects the track of the vehicle. NJ 15x7 factory alloys have a +10mm offset. Nissan Patrol rims have zero offset, so will increase track by 20mm. This is still legal. Some aftermarket rims have a -13mm offset, which will increase track by 46mm, and is illegal (AFAIK.) LandCruiser rims have about -22mm offset, and increase track even more.

Depending on which version of NJ you have eg GL, GLS, Exceed etc the different versions of rim may or may not cause tyres to protrude beyond guards, and possibly rub.

thank you scott for your knowledge and assistance
