Seriously for the strength increase versus $$$ i wouldnt bother.
Im running Dual cases with 4.1 gears and High pinion in the front on 38TSLs with Dual cases and have had no failures as yet. This is with a Rover V8 and a lot of Right foot.
Could it be your gear set up?
