GU Patrol OE Largest tyre size from factory
GU Patrol OE Largest tyre size from factory
Hello all,
I have tried searching but have been unable to find the answer to this question.
What is the largest OE tyre size that was placed on a patrol in Australia or the OS market?
So far I have 265/75R16, 275/70R16 7.50x 16, 275/65/17 and 265/70r 16.
Is this all of them or was there a bigger tyre fitted from factory especially in the OS market?
Appreciate any help with this question and a refernce point would be great as well.
Cheers, Chris

This is a government run web site does the following:
"RVCS allows vehicle manufacturers to electronically certify that the vehicles that they supply to the Australian market meet prescribed safety standards specified in the Australian Design Rules (ADRs). The system allows lodgement of test data using electronic forms software and is administered by the Vehicle Safety Standards Branch (VSS). "
This data tells you how nissan have brought the cars into Aus

going by a tyre size calculator http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
the 245/85/16 tyre is 32.4 inches tall. going on the QLD rules a 33inch tyre on a GU is legal.
anyone have a GQ book?
