Fuel Pump

Post by Thonger »

HAve the sill tanks in my RR and they feed to the main with a axuliary pump switched on the dash, now the auxilary is a holley pump and the standard pump is feeding the holley carb I have, question is would it be better to swap it so that the holley pump feeds the carb and the original pump feeds the tanks.

Doesn't matter really - as long as the carb has enough fuel?

I'd be getting the RWC doen so you can wheel again! :D

Leave the holley pump as the transfer pump it will be faster, also depending on which holley pump it is, it may require an external regulator to decrease the pressure and cause flooding problems.
