Indeed it cant be both, they have seperate lights, it is the sensor in the resivour top it up its low, or the sender is faultyPagey_1 wrote:Mine is doing the same (LN106). Its not the fluid or the handbrake as that has different light. I just ignore it now, been on for months haha!
Any help would be good tho! Auto leccy reckons could be the sensor or something??

Don't mean to hijack, but sometimes when i turn the ignition, the brake warning light comes on, there is a loud click from the engine bay (relay by the sounds of it) and it refuses to kick over.
Doesn't happen all the time, but it usually takes a few attempts to get it going after the ute has been sitting for a while. When it does fire, the brake light goes away.
Brakes are working fine, plenty of compression and fluid, pads are a bit down though. I didn't think there was a safety over ride that prevents you to start with faulty brakes but am I wrong? Any thoughts?
