Post by Glennb »

Its a non winch Nissan alloy bull bar,Is it possible to have a cradle or something made up to fit in the bull bar, can it be done and neatly and just modifying some how. If so does anyone know who could do this in Melbourne/Geelong and would it cost much?

If you make a cradle to hold the winch, yer you can mount it in an alloy bar, i once had a alloy TJM bar with a cradle and a winch, no issues

wanna lux i see where you are coming from but I cant justify $1600 fitted for a bull bar -$300 for what i might get for my bull bar.

Yeah you can just make up a cradle, I made one up for our Terrano 2, modified the alloy bar, cut through the big sticker that says " do not modify blahblah....in any way" Have a look and see how yours mounts to the chassis, if its got steel brackets for the alloy bar to mount on that makes it easier.
