Engine swapping for rrc, HELP!

Post by Silver_pig_gq »

My rrc broke down (suprise suprise) last night and i have no idea what the problem is. its the old 3.5L carbie and i was thinking its going to cost me just as much to get it fixed as putting a new engine in. So this thought lead to the idea of swapping the engine. i was wondering what my options are, should i stick with the 3.5l? or upgrade to a later model engine? i am doing the swap myself so i need enything to mate up, i dont want to go changing or modifying things to fit different engines. i also want the keep the cost down due to the car only costing me 900 dollars. any help would be great! thanks
