I have around 2 2 1/2" out of my RUF combo, and a bit more with the dropped hanger.

I clear the sump easily.

How much lift do you have at the moment?

i have been searching RUF and it looks like i need to get a drop hanger and extended shackles and new shock hoops and shocks how big do the shackles need to be? as i have some 2'' ones kicking round. do i need to have a drop hanger? wat is the pro and cons of it. and wat kind of rears do i use just standard ones or ifs one and do i have to mod them at all. are there any other things i will need to change

Mate your 2" extended shackles will be fine, you will need a dropped hanger to correct your caster. You could get way with not doing the shock hoops but you might need to look into extended brake lines.
