Watch out in water crossings. The seals (4 of them) between the bellhousing and engine shrink over time and allow lots of water into the clutch.
The starter motors also take in water and will play up after a play in mud soup. If these are seen to and you have a well sealed snorkel they go well through deep water as all the other electrics are well sealed.
Also plug and seal any holes in the floor or firewall to help keep water out.

Crawler gears are available for the transfers.

Generally a pretty solid driveline and the diffs are Dana Spicer units.
Gearbox is a MUA5C for the manual, Engine is a 6VD1
A palsy 133kw and 265nm torque but still a little rocket ship.

The clutches are dearer than all the other Isuzu ones because the V6 has a pull type clutch and the highest clamping pressure of clutches for that era of Isuzu's.
