Put my new series 3 transfer gears in today, with the help of Nelligen (thanks). Here is a couple of photo's of our SCUD PROOF arms and mounts.

We also modified the selector forks so you can use 2wd low. Without turning the front drive shaft.

a word of warning with urethane bushes might be to har and cause u lots of vibes, i no this from experience.. :D

No problems so far, its as smooth as stock. actually smoother as its taken all the sloop out of the driveline, caused by the transfer flooping around on the rubber mounts.

I also have a total of 80mm of urethane on each bolt so it still has some movement, cushoning.

Bazooked xtreem has urethane bushes in place of the original mounts plus 1 on top and 1 below the mounting arms with a 100mm x 10 mm bolt going thru them , is this how you did it ?? we were a bit concerned about vibes when we fitted them but so far there working well with no vibes to be felt ,even when touching the gear lever you can't feel any
