91 pajero, keeps blowing indicator/guage fuse!!

Post by Busta-P »

Hey all my old pajero has been a rock until today, it has blown the fuse for the indicators/guages and when i try to replace the fuse it simply blows as soon as the key gets to on, i have replaced the flasher unit and it still does it i am wondering if there are any problems that are a common cause for this?

thanks in advance,

Matt

Do you have a trailer wiring plug? Alot of blown fuses on modern vehicles can be traced to faulty aftermarket wiring to the trailer plug. Does the fuse blow as soon as you turn the key on or do you have to turn the indicators on? Left or right side?
