thermo fan wont switch off

Post by treeherder »

just a quick qn...
- theres manual switch for my thermofan but also a dial switch to adjust the temp at which it kicks in....
- yesterday i drove through a deep puddle a bit too fast & now the thermo fan comes on all the time; adjusting the dial or turning it on & off with the switch has no effect....
- ive had a quick look at the wiring & cant sort it out>? water on the electrics>?

Any suggestions?

its a '92 vitara.

Cheers,josh

Relay stuck on would be my first guess, but it could be a lot of things.
