buy a new shifter sheet. about $10 from dealer and then refit everything

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Transfer-Case-Le ... 286.c0.m14

done - fixed.

oils - transfer is 800ml of 80/90 or std gearbox oil, may be wise to put some of the gear treatment stuff also in there to quietn it down.
there is a drain plug on the bottom and also there is a fiil plug on the side of the box, depending on year of zook (yours is a early one i remember) there is a 24mm~ nut on the side of the transfer to fill from, thou most fill through the stick hole.

Done.. Got them aligned now...

Now.. With the oil and treatment..

It looks and feels a bit muddy in there..

If I drop out the old and add it with new..

can you go 100% treatment? and or is there a good brand for that??

Yeh, def drop it and then refill.

if it looks crap when it is dropped, u may want to use some real cheap oil and chuck it in for a run , get it warm then drop it out and change with some decent stuff.

ive heard some people talking about vmx80 i think it is.
