Hey there guys i have heard of using the delco remy ecu from holden v8, and am wondering if anyone has any info or can point me in the direction of some info.
I am wanting to do this if possible to my 91 classic with 3.9 so as to do away with airflow meter and such. I also have all the injection parts loom computer etc. already laying around.
Any help appreciated thanx in advance.

You'll still need the AFM with the delco ecu unless it uses a MAP sensor, just go an aftermarket ecu or a megasquirt.

ye the commo v8 runs a map sensor.
I would go after market if i could afford it and as i have already got all the commodore stuff well i guess that makes it cheap.
I am sure i heard about someone doing this.

Ive got a mate who runs a V6 delco on a holden straight 6, i had planned on doing the delco on my p76 motor, but ive gone for the LS1 now. I cant remember the exact plan(i was picking my mates brain for ideas) but it was going to use the MAP sensor tapped into the manifold somewhere, parts of a camira dizzy, the holden injectors and sensors, then use the holden v8 tune modified to suit the p76 motor, this is basically what my mate did to get the delco running on the straight 6 and it runs really well.

Joel at PGS has done lots like this as well as aftermarket.
Other benefit is that he actually uses his truck in comps and hard off road so understands what is needed.
