Draw runners what and where

gday guys just at the next stage of my drawers for the gq. Now runners are next, ive seen heaps around on ebay, what have you guys used? what works good?

most importantly im in sydney where can i get a couple pairs of these local? need to be 100kg rated

hey dez the best way to get some heavy duty draw slides is to get a bit of rhs on either side of your draw and then run some bearings top and bottom of the rhs this is what is done on my draws that are in the back of my 80 series if you need some pics to see what i mean let me know

try a company called Hafele, they have a range of types and sizes. Also have an online catalogue with all the runner details.

interesting you say that. At work they are getting rid of lots or racking runners, not bearings but rollers so would be great to see some pics of your set up. cheers

sounds like a lot of work, the hafele roller bearings are pre made to a bunch of sizes and just screw / bold in

Good company that. Ive worked on theyre coach a bit. They spend quite a bit of money every year fitting out a coach with all theyre latest kitchen stuff, then drive it around Australia showing it off.


Anyway yeh as someone mentioned before, use some RHS, and buy a bulk pack of rollerblade bearings off ebay and run it in them. Works a treat.
