75 series rust problem

hey guys i have a fj75 and i have a rust problem well i need to know what shape used to be there so i can re place it with steel here are some pics:

alright what you are looking at is, under the front windscreen seal
and i want to get rid of the rust and put some steel back in can someone fill me in what kinda shape is supposed to go there

unless someone wants to take off their roof and front windscreen surround, and take a pic and post it up lol

what about cutting that section of a wreck and welding it on to yours??
Looks like a lot of work to try and shape another bit of steel to fit.

deff cut the bit you need out of a wreck too hard to get it right otherwise....
been there never again
most wreckers will cut it out for you
Keep it shiny side up!
Now doing general fab work and painting
trays, trailers, engine swaps on request, some tube work, silo section sliders, rust repairs, ute chops etc

Hey mate.

Worse comes to worse I have a bottom cab setup here, think you might of bought the stuff I had for sale on ebay recently?

I've got a guy who wants it, if he doesnt want it, then make me an offer on it, has the dash/steering/brake booster/master cylinder etc still there.

That is some damn serious rust youve got there lol.
If its not upside down and on fire, I'm not trying hard enough.......

yeah mate i had the same problem with my middi i bought a quarter cut and replaced the whole firewall a lot easier and i did it myself if you give me your email ill send you some pics i can even call you to talk you through it cheers mick
