tb42e radiator welds keep letting go

i got a tb42e and the top strap thats welded to the two side tanks keeps breaking after hard off road trips. its just the welds that let go, nothing breaks just seperates. i gather its just due to flex in the body and the mounts dont allow for enough movement, but has ny1 had this and have a good fix????

radiator fixit blokes should do it for about 20 bucks....
mines has'nt broke since...

yeah had that done twice now, and yeah cost me 20bux!! the two top ten mm bolts ive changed to a piece of rubber with studs on each end to try and get more flex in the mount. it might work!
