im slowly stripping my diesel wagon down for yhe conversion to my swb (wagon was rolled) and i want to know where to pull the loom out from? do i pull it out from under the passenger seat and then through the dash?
85 hi top drover, 31s, 2 inch exended shackles 2 inch bl.
88 tb42 swb mav,35 claws, 4 inch lift

You will have to remove the dash. Once the dash is out of the way it's pretty easy to remove the loom. The loom continues into the engine bay near the steering column (all the way to the passenger side). It's all one piece which is about 6m long from memory. Make sure you mark all the connectors and their position in the cabin and especially in the engine bay.

yeah pull the dash out... its easier without a windscreen too. The whole lot then pulls through the firewall. Do the reverse when you put it in the new car. You'll be surprised at how easy it all is to set-up.
