G16B blowing fuel pump fuses

Hey Guys, long time no post..
I've got a G16B and harness from a Vitara fitted in my '97 Coilly Sierra which has been running a treat for about a year now. But recently I've been having issues with it blowing the 15A fuse before the main relay that gets 12v from the battery. Basically I'll turn the ignition on and it'll just throw the fuse straight away. I started to have a look at the relays and saw one was rusted and busted, so I replaced it with a new one. The car ran for about 10min then started throwing fuses again. I thought this must be a problem with the wire from the battery to the fuse so I have replaced that, no joy, same problem. I've gone through the harness and have found no obvious sings of rub through or breaks in the wires that would cause a short to make it blow. I did get it to run by bypassing the main relay and just running the fuel pump relay, but it wouldnt shut the fuel pump off after the 5-10 seconds that it normally does. I'm not an electrics kind of guy, so I dont know what the hell is wrong. Can anyone shed some light on this for me or supply me with some wiring diagrams? I'm hoping the ECU hasn't bitten the dust and is causing the short in there.
Look forward to some replies.
Cheers.
