Engineers any one ????????

Post by custom built »

Hay guys we are in a bit of a pickle. Got a nissan patrol gq wagon has 5 link font end, laminated diff housings etc etc. Need an engineers report or mod plate for all of the mods underneath. Does any one now of a dodgy road worthy guy or some that can give an engineers report so we can get this thing on the road?

we are on the sunny coast in Qld

yeah that's a good idea, ask for a dodgy report because that will hold up when you get pulled over.

Can your mods be legally done in QLD? If so why not actually get it all properly done via proper engineer?

The guy you want to talk to is Roy Linstrum can't find his mobile, I wrote it down somewhere, his work number is (07) 3253 4851. From what I have been told if you just give him your engine number, chassis number and drivers license he will take care of it for you and send out the appropriate paperwork.

Let us know how you get on as other may want to use him as well.

I have one of barnseys piggy back ecus on my rover V8. I gaine about 40% more hp through out the rev range. Now producing well over 780hp at the fly.

Your results may vary but I am extremely happy with mine!

p.s. I have no idea about the Stuppedy suspension products thou, give him a ring, I am sure he will be glad to help out, I'll pm you his private number.

Undone!

Done up, I would guestimate Xtreme power losses.

Jokes aside I have heard this guy is pretty good to deal with. If it's your own vehicle and the cert is so you can drive it as opposed to selling it then he's fairly relaxed and most vehicles will pass. I would give him a call and run the situation by him.
