Monroe Magnum 60 shocks

Post by slosh »

Noticed a few guys on the board using these, mainly with coil suspension. Apparently designed for Ford Louisville trucks with 14" travel.

Would they work well with softish leaves all round on a Dual cab Hilux? Are they are gas pressurised?

Anyone else recommend something that works well other than Ranchos?

I ran them in the rear of my 93 dual cab for over a year before going coils in the rear. The springs were soft and the shock worked well. They are a gas shock.
