Best option for 2f engine

Hey everyone,
I am buying an fj40 and it has a 2f with a 350 holly, it runs ok but wont idle below 1000 when its cold. Think its just a blocked jet. But i cant afford to run it on petrol so my options are:
1: Keep the engine, buy a second hand gas kit for a fj40 for $130 bucks get the tank tested and have my mechanic install it. Get the $1750 rebate and have some extra cash in my pocket to freshen up the engine
or
2: There is a fully rebuilt 2f engine with performance parts like flat top pistons, bored .30, headers, stage 2 cam, rebuilt to run on lpg with only 15000kms since rebuild with all receipts. It comes with gas kit and gas tank but from a 60 series. I know the tank wont fit so il have to buy a new one. The engine is $1750+tank+labor-rebate.
Which is the better option?
Thanks so much for your input.
