hey guys i just purchesrd a 32/36 webber carby for my vit has any one ealse installed one if so how did you go at making the air filter water tite and bloking off all the unnesasery vacume lines

Dont take this the wrong way but have a search there is a MASSIVE thread and some smaller ones on this.
Im STILL working on a way to make it water tight and still allow sufficent air, webers require alot more air than the stock carby.
Adapters can be bought but are pricey and from what Ive heard restrict the airflow..
Ive ran mine for years with a "ramflo" filter better than the 9"chrome crap.
