Weird Looking 60 series CV????????

Post by dexter09 »

I blew my cv on my sixty, i went and got a second hand axle and CV out of one of my mates 60 series wrecks..... i got it home cleaned it up and looked at it and the cv itself looks shinier and the sealing surface looks like brass or copper or something but the axle and cv shaft itself looks identical. Has nebody else seen or heard of nething similar.

And also is it a cheaper aftermarket one in effect making it weaker????
