i would like to know how much lift climax drop shackles give a 4wd.

same as 2 inch extended shackels as far as i know jus more drop out.
Blown ls1 GQ winch truck. and GU tow car / daily

They provide about 1" of total lift to the vehicle (as stated, they are about 2" longer than a standard shackle)

Have you done a search though? Most people that have tried them now no longer run them. They are a lot of work to get to work properly ( shock mount fabrication, shocks, brake lines etc) and even once you've done all that work, they have more disadvantages than advantages.
