new alternator for hilux

Post by 83-mud-lux »

how ya goin,

i own a 4y petrol hilux and im having a few problems with charging issues and alternator problems.some of the things that i have on the car are.
-many spotlights(6 spotlights)
-many interior accessories (gauges,amp,stereo, etc.)
-compressor
-and a few other little things

anyway the main problem is when you have just the spotlights on it draws all the alternator charging power and the battery power so you cant leave em on to long..also just got home from having a flat battery cause the alternator gave up.

anyway im just wondering what would be the best way to go,so if you can give me a hand that would be great.

cheers..smiley..
