Hi Fella's'
Does anyone know if a limited slip diff centre out of an 80 series, will go straight into a 40 series full floater??
Thanks
Matt

It will going into the rear, pinion flange may be difference depending on the year of your 40. Ratios will be different too. One will probably be 4.1 the other 4.11 unless its a old 40 with 3.7 diffs

pinion flange might be different, and their not swappable unless the 40 diff centre has a fine spline pinion.
it'll go in the front and rear of the 40, so long as it's the rear 80 diff we're talking about. front won't fit the 40.
ratio will be 4.1 not 4.11, but won't make a difference.
