i'm thinking of putting some coil spacers in the front and rear of my 80 series it already has a 2inch iron man lift, if i put another inch of coil sparcer is it possible to run 35's on and off road?

Assuming your shocks will work with the effective spring length you have now, and that you space your bumpstops to stop the tyres hitting the guards, or your shocks bottoming out... yes it would be entirely possible to run 35s.
