New ARB Lockers for Dana 60

Post by clive2267 »

Does anyone know the differences between new ARB RD167 and RD36 lockers to suit 35 spline 1.5" Dana 60 axles.

Apparently they are now a 2 piece design with an integral end cap - is that better for them or the purchaser? The attraction of the Dana 60 - Rd36 was its strength - is this still the case?

I am going to order one, but am trying to find info out given there is a choice to be made as old stock of the RD36 can still be bought.

Interested also as I would like to run air in front although I will probably run spool in rear & put up with tyre wear, but unfortunately can't help with Q's.
