You're lucky im good with cut and paste:
They are an absolute prick to get out. I ended up drilling around the outside of the sleeve and hammering the fark out of it.
Bush part number to suit IFS and original pin is Kelpro 27014K.
You're welcome.

all sorted guys stopped in at pedders and they pressed them out for nothing for me

they were pretty quiet. picked up the correct bushes but the are not real tight around the fixed pin though.. will just have to pump them full of grease to take up the extra play
cheers mick

I'd get the right bush's before putting them together, how loose are you talking.
Even a small amount will soon destroy the bush's and it will not handle properly.

i brought the correct pins to suit ifs springs, then bashed the old pins out of the locating plate and welded the new pins into the plate. works great.

I just bought the right bush's and needed no modifying of anything, you use aftermarket poly bushs for the front eye of the ifs spring dont buy the metal outer sleeve press in ones, the ones you want come with a metal sleeve inside where the pin goes that reduces it to suit the ifs pin which is 14mm, remove the sleeve and the poly will be 18mm that is the correct pin size of your hilux. the sleeve is not moulded into the bush it comes out with easy.
beside that anything will work with right od and id diameters.

Hrm, ring them up and ask them, they should push in firm, and shouldn't be loose.
