MQ big diff ratio

G'day all,

Just picked up a set of front and rear MQ diffs that came out of a ute. The rear diff is the "big" H260 diff, from what I have found on the bible info they only came in 4.8. Is this correct?

If you are talking GU's then I have seen them under ZD30 and 4.5 petrol wagons manuals.

No, he means MQ.

I had a 4.3 or 4.6 in my old MK ute if that helps. If in doubt, either count it by eye, or whip out the centre and count it up/check ratio.

Id check the ratio for sure as I have a 4.6 ratio h260 here from a mk ute

id bet a ctn that its a 4.8. better off reading whats stamped on the crown wheel to be sure

There is a gut that makes 4.8 on ebay but ONLY come in 4.1 or 4.3 from Factory
