Mate this is 3" and i just bought some 90 degree bends from Metal land and cut them to suit the angle i wanted, im no engineer but it turned out beaut mate, the bloke that quoted me to bend the same bars up quoted $650 for the two main bars supplied and bent.

The pipe i got in a mates backyard, and the 90's cost $12.50 each.

Thanks for your input lads, there are a few places that can bend up to 3inch just not 3.5. Also the angles I Want aren't 90's or 45's. Thanks anyways guys but I guess I'll be cuttin and welding. HTH
