Chevy 6.5 diesel owners!

Post by Wozza244 »

Ok i wasted a trip 1.5hrs down the road to pick up a power steering pump that wont fit my 6.5, my fault

Could anyone tell me if it is a chev pump or is it an adapted pump that is the most common on the conversions?
Its in a 60 series, and its not a 60 series pump.

If no luck i will call Linquip tomorrow

call Brunswick Diesel in WA & speak to Greg. Or you could try Classic Chev
Centre (02)9609 7228. I buy all my 6.2l parts there, they're pretty cheap & can get you any part you want.

The 6.5 chev "GURU", Les Addison on 4wd Action forums just told me (without seeing any pics) that it is most likely a Saginaw pump and is very cheap to repair. I hope so.
