hydro trouble

I tested out the shop my new buggy with full hydro steering and sometimes it wont turn left... The steering wheel turns but not the cylindre. WTF?
-2x4 single ended ram
-stock Saginaw pump ~1450 psi 4 gpm acording to Bilavista article
-211-1048 Charlin
-5L reservoir plus filter

errr no idea .. Stickey valve or weak spring in the Charlin

Is turnig left on the retract side of the cyl as this has less area than extend side, therefore less force if the pressure is to low! Maybe?

any oil leaks on the cylinder ? could be bypassing
