Ok by the code i can't help ya if its a H260 or not, maybe with the HH marking at the front

as to tell if its a full floater you need to look at the rear wheels. in the center (the hug) if its a full floater it will have nuts that hold the axel in (like a 80 series rear) if its semi it will look like a normal wagon one

GU leaf spring utes had/have H260 full floating diff. Was only semi floating on GQ H260.

I've seen 33 splines H233Bs SF, 34 splines H260s SF and 37 splines H260s FF. Never seen a SF 37 spliner here in Panama !

i was just searching and came cross a topic saying that GQ leaf ute's have a 4 pinion H233 in the front! is this correct? i want to get a auto locker for the front but don't want to get the wrong one!

For the front diff I know there's :

Detroit DET-187SL167!_a

Lock Right 3220

I would go with a selectable locker at the front, not auto !
