btdav, it's not clear what you're trying to ask.

If you're trying to ask about one of those "water to gas" conversion systems, you're on the wrong forum. General consensus here is that they're primarily snake-oil. Concentrate on keeping your engine well tuned, watch your tyre pressures and drive smoothly, and you'll see an improvement in economy.

If you're asking about something else, we'll need some more information.

And folks, this is a tech forum, not Gen Chit Chat. Please keep comments to useful tech.
