Just thinking aloud here.
Has anybody heard of running a front Hipinion diff in the rear axle? I understand the CW&P rotation would be on the weak side if used in the rear, but would using a Lopinion CW&P from a front diff solve the problem if it will fit into a Hipinion diff.

I have been using a 80 series hi pinion front electric locker in the rear of my 4 runner for 7 years
I had to change the bearings in it about 3 years ago
I have a VR lexen engine in it R 151 gearbox fitted with the 5.15 Dyna 1st gears and dual transfer cases 2600 engine rpm for 20 wheel rpm
and I have towed a fully loaded semi 42.860 tons with it
