(NSW) Australian 4x4 Masters Series - Now 28th March

Post by 4x4 Masters »

After much deliberation it has been decided that Round 1 of the Australian 4x4 Masters Series will be postponed until 28 March 2010 due to circumstance beyond our control.
The decision has not been made easy as the courses are all complete but the access roads are impassable and the spectator areas sodden due to unseasonably high rain falls this month. Since 1st February 169mm of rainfall has been measured at Eastern Creek with more rain forecast for next week. Some remedial work is also under way to divert the watershed away from the tarmac circuit.
Australian 4x4 Masters Series deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and are contacting all team managers to discuss any issues which may have arisen due to the postponement.
On the up side there are a few entry positions still available and five extra weeks if any other clubs wish to participate

Cheers
Wayne & Mark

For anyone thinking of going out on Sunday 21st there is a MAJOR MUSIC event at Eastern Creek to the extent there will/could be traffic problems. That event will be utilising the same gate access so it is suggetsed to be there well before 7.30am NO LATER if possible..

And for those that do go, please your keep speed down when on site. The raised dust is not on. 40KPH is more than enough on site AND 20KPH is more appropiate. When you arriive on site, RELAX and add positively to the place you are at
