Thought I'd share a few of the 999 Pics I took over the seven days that I had on lake bed at Johnson Valley.
These range from event Camp Site > Trail Rides > LCQ (2days) > And of Course Race Day.

A View at the Camp Site / Vendor Tent (Large White Tent) this was early on like Monday of the week leading up to the race it would of grown by 5 Times by Race Day ......Unbelievable the amount of people who attended

Tony , I recall hearing that another competitor ended using his rig in the main event....he may have rode shotgun , cant recall the exact reasoning to why though... And I may be way off with the above ..Im sure someone with correct info my chime in..

Ruff - Larry did a deal with Chris Pook, a Canadian who had a start spot but could not get his buggy finished properly. Chris drove the first half of the race then Larry got in and drove the next quarter.
Also in the pics above, the 667 car, that is Loren Healy out practicing Backdoor in his spare crawler... well done to him on an awesome victory. I'll get my race report and pics up tonight.

Napsta Peeling off on the Moto, the day after the event when we headed out to remove the course markers from his mile ...and few others ...we did over 50km of driving that day in the Rhino!!! good times
Oh and I managed the top speed behind the wheel of the Rhino 64km/hr
Race Day ...late arvo ..with part of the crowd leaving Sledge ......or was this the line to the toilet
