If your talking about the one that is for sale, id say no. Because he specifically says in the ad it fits series 4 only, doubt he'd say that unless it was true, cos he'd be cutting out a lot of potential buyers.

The mounting holes are the same, the flares are at the same height, the grill line is different, neither the series 1 or 4 have the hung down cross member.

it should fit.

According to ARB, the only difference between series 1,2,3 & series 4 is the cut out in front of the grill. The cut out is larger on the series 4, due to the grill shape.
A series 4 bar will fit on an earlier model, but have a larger gap between the bar and the grill.
