Electronic hubs not locking on ln130 4runner

Hey everyone. I am having some trouble with my electronic hubs. They simply will not lock in. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and could tell me some ideas on how to fix it? cheers callum

Okay i found the problem. One of the vaccum lines had come off. So the 4wd works now. BUTTTTT. The light on the dash still wont come one. Any ideas on this one????

i think from memory it is a separate circuit that turns on the light on the dash. on the front diff make sure that all electrical connections are in good order and wires are ok. if not join the surf forum and then make a post. you will get invaluable info from it. I have been a member for 3yrs now and its saved my bacon more than once :D

Thers a plug in the engine bay 4 pin comes of the diff Lhs check that out mine's failed twice now. There is a plug at the front of your diff bridge these wires together and you should get 4wd indication on the dash, if not follow the cable and check that plug! hope it fix's it for you

Thanks guys,. I just cleaned all the terminals and reconected them and BAM. I had a 4wd light
