hey guys,
just fitted a safari dtronic chip to my 79 series cruiser ute i am happy with the power but am just wondering if there is anyone who has one on the same vehicle and if youve had it dynoed aswell? how much rwhp did you end up with??

Gday Josh i have not dynoed mine as i am waiting for the new 4 inch Safari Snorkel then i will do it..
Should be available in 4 to 6 weeks have had the chip in for 3 years & very happy but figure the mass of extra air from this new snork & a tune will be big gains.... according to one of the designers involved the increase is very impressive....

oh ok sounds good, well i've got a beaudesert 3 inch straight through exhaust, safari dtronic chip, standard landcruiser snorkel with donaldson air ram and k&n filter i kno i kno k&n are shit but ive onli got it for when i do the dyno, and ive got the day off tomorrow so hopefully i can get arb to fit me in for a tune and dyno so ill let u know how it all goes.

i bought it second hand off ebay it was farked so i sandblasted it and got it color coded to the ute and laid new timber and made the rear light panel
