I'm not sure if all modle's are the same , but in my shorty the rear's are a 12mm fine thread with captive body nuts .
The rest are 10mm fine bolts that pass through the floor of the body . the rear's can be a pain when the welds have brocken on the body nuts . when mine did the same as yours , I cut the head of the bolf off from the bottom . Then just pushed it up through the floor . you just need to check where the captive nuts have brocken to make sure it will pass through the hole in the top skin of the floor pannel .
hope this helps

Replaced mine recently, I removed the old 10mm bolts and replaced them with HT 12mm bolts (125mm) and nyloc nuts.
The 12mm bolts slotted straight through so I recommend upgrading to 12mm.

Dont worry about re using the captive nuts just drill them out after you take the bolts out and if a 2 inch kit you need 170mm bolts 8.8 high tensile to make it work, just drop in from the top and put nylocs on the bottom
